Brandon Timms is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RovoNavi, an innovative NEMT technology company focused on transforming dispatch workforce management, compliance, and operational intelligence for NEMT healthcare organizations. Drawing on more than two decades of executive leadership across healthcare operations, emergent and non-emergent medical services, business development, and organizational strategy, Brandon founded RovoNavi to solve the operational challenges he experienced firsthand as a healthcare executive.

Prior to founding RovoNavi, Brandon served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Freedom 1st Medical Transport and previously as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of one of South Carolina's large market EMS companies, where he led large-scale operational initiatives, strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement programs that delivered measurable gains in revenue, profitability, and organizational effectiveness.
