Dispatching questions
The platform is designed to give dispatchers a clearer daily view of demand, assignments, trip progress, coverage, and exceptions that need attention.
GoRovo questions
GoRovo is the name for RovoNavi scheduling-assistance product direction. Its planned role is to help teams review schedules, identify conflicts, and prepare workable daily plans; final capabilities are still being defined.

GPS questions
GPS and ETA capabilities are planned. Specific data sources, integrations, accuracy, refresh behavior, and availability are not yet publicly confirmed.
Implementation questions

Multi-location and multi-tenant account structures are part of the enterprise product direction and should be scoped with the sales team.
Pricing questions
Pricing is customized to the organization and proposed scope. RovoNavi does not publish a standard dollar amount at this stage; request pricing or contact sales for a quote conversation.
Pilot Program questions
NEMT, ambulance, wheelchair, and multi-service medical transportation organizations that want to improve operations and can provide structured feedback may be a fit.
No. Space may be limited, applying does not guarantee acceptance, and any pilot scope, commercial terms, timing, and responsibilities will be confirmed separately.
Security and HIPAA questions
RovoNavi does not claim HIPAA certification. The platform is being designed to support HIPAA-compliant operations, while customers remain responsible for their own compliance programs and appropriate use.
BAA availability and terms have not been publicly confirmed. Any BAA must be reviewed and executed through an authorized business and legal process.
